Papers for the conference should be prepared in accordance with the format of the following template:

MES2018-XX template A4 – ENG

MES2018-XX template A4 – RUS

Please send your paper to [email protected] not later than February 15, 2018.

 

Note: only the papers presented at the conference, will be included in the final Conference Proceedings, getting the status of official publication.
